What are your office hours?
Our offices are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at all three locations.
What should I do in case of a medical emergency?
In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. Additionally, contact our after-hours service so Dr. Khan can provide guidance to urgent care or emergency room physicians regarding your medical condition.
How can I address after-hours medical needs?
For non-emergency after-hours care, such as medication refills or questions about medications, please call our after-hours service. Authorization-related inquiries will be addressed during regular office hours.
What insurance plans do you accept, and what are your billing and payment policies?
We accept a variety of insurance plans. For specific information about your insurance coverage and our billing policies, please contact our billing department during regular office hours.
How do referrals and authorizations work?
As mentioned earlier, authorization-related questions will be answered during daytime hours.
Which hospitals are you affiliated with?
We are affiliated with Adventist Health White Memorial, Monterey Park Hospital, and Valley Presbyterian Hospital.
How can I request prescription refills?
Prescriptions and refills for established patients are routinely issued during our regular office hours. Please call our Los Angeles office at (323) 225-2550 or our Van Nuys office at (818) 988-5999 to make your request. Refills are generally not issued during evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctor may not have access to your medical records during those times. To avoid interruptions in your medication therapy, please anticipate your refill needs.
What languages does your staff speak?
Our providers and staff are fluent in English and Spanish. Dr. Khan also speaks Urdu/Hindi, allowing us to serve patients from diverse backgrounds.
Does your clinic accept insurance?
Yes, we accept various insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify whether we accept your specific insurance provider.
What if I don't have insurance or my coverage doesn't include certain services?
For patients without insurance or with services not covered by insurance, the following charges apply: $100 for each patient visit. Additional fees may apply for medical screenings and laboratory tests. Dr. Khan is committed to providing immediate healthcare regardless of insurance coverage.

Do you accept walk-in patients?
Yes, we accept walk-in patients in most cases. However, there may be a waiting period during busy hours.
