To better serve all our patients, we kindly request that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another patient who may be more urgently in need of medical attention.

We completely understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience an unexpected situation, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

However, if a patient does not show up for an appointment without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, we will apply a $50 no-show fee to their account. This policy will be clearly explained at the time of scheduling and during your visit, and reminders will be provided when possible.
