Meet the Providers

Salman Khan, MD

Dr. Salman Khan is an internal medicine specialist with 25+ years of experience. He has special interest in weight loss, nutrition, and bariatric medicine.

Dr. Khan completed med school at Dow University of Health Science in 1995. He later joint University of Southern California as a research fellow and was involved in numerous Multi center, NIH-granted research projects. He then started his clinical training at LAC+USC with a surgical internship. After a successful completion of three years of surgical training he got interested in the health care system and how it is delivered .

That led to his path of applying in the internal medicine training program at LAC+USC and successfully completely residency in Internal medicine from the prestigious University of Southern California.

Dr. Khan’s #1 priority is the health if his patients. His philosophy focuses on encouraging patients to be a part of the treatment team to provide collaborative and comprehensive medical care.

Dr. Khan speaks English, Spanish, Hindi, and Urdu.

When not taking care of his patients, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Martha Saucedo, NP

Martha Saucedo, FNP is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine. She provides care for everyone from newborn patients to geriatric patients. Her main focus is on preventative care and empowering patients with education at a level that they can understand. She received her master’s in nursing along with her family nurse practitioner degree from the University of Phoenix in 2017. She comes from a Mexican family and is culturally sensitive to the Hispanic community. Every day, Martha strives to provide the best possible care. She is fluently bi-lingual in English and Spanish and has over 34 years of experience providing services in healthcare, starting as a registered nurse and making her way up to family nurse practitioner. She is part of Dr. Khan ‘s team in providing great care to our patients.
